Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. What Seeen is

Seeen is a personality profiling tool for children, designed to help parents understand their child's nature, temperament, and developmental stage. It is not a diagnostic tool, medical device, or substitute for professional advice from psychologists, paediatricians, or educators.

2. Who can use Seeen

Seeen is intended for parents and legal guardians of children aged 0-18. By using Seeen, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. How we use your information

You provide us with information about your child (name, date of birth, location, behavioural observations) to generate personality profiles. We use AI to analyse this information and produce insights. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

4. Profile accuracy

Profiles are generated by Seeen's proprietary methodology and are based on the information you provide. They are intended as a starting point for understanding, not a definitive assessment. Every child is more complex than any profile can capture.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any information you provide about your child. By using Seeen, you grant us permission to process this information to generate and improve profiles. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Free and paid features

Seeen currently offers a limited free tier (including profile generation and a set number of chat messages per child). We may introduce paid features in the future. We will always be transparent about what is free and what requires payment.

7. Account and access

Access to Seeen is currently managed through a waitlist. We grant access at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

8. Intellectual property

The Seeen name, brand, design system, and methodology are owned by NEWHMN Ltd. The profiles generated for your children are yours to keep and share as you wish.

9. Limitation of liability

Seeen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on profile content. Always use your own judgment as a parent and consult professionals when needed.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Seeen after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
